There is a standard order of title sequence that is used at the beginning of every film. Every film usually starts with the production company and the distribution company.The film then usually lists the main actor/actress first.The placing of an actor/actresses name is usually negotiated before filming starts by their representatives. However, this may not always be the case, if the director is an 'auteur' then their name will appear first. This is because audiences may want to watch the film because of the well known director and the director is the one bringing in the majority of viewers. Then we usually see the title of the film. The remaining actors and actresses are then shown in order of fame and importance.
